Some CBD products claim to reduce pain and inflammation, but most research is inconclusive. And a study by the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory found that some CBD products on sale in the UK could have more than 5 mg (9-THC) per product, which is the limit for a drug test under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
